Coin Show Dealer Application

Terms. Tables, chairs and electricity are furnished by the Hidalgo Coin Club; dealers furnish their own covers, special lighting and extension cords. All material must be removed at the end of the show. Neither the Hidalgo Coin Club nor its members shall be responsible for any injury or loss that may occur to the vendor for any cause whatsoever while the premises are occupied, including loss of goods by burglary, robbery, fire, mysterious disappearance or theft. Table assignments are first paid, first served. Cash or check only — make checks payable to Hidalgo Coin Club and mail to P.O. Box 2364, McAllen, TX 78502. Table money is refunded if the club cancels the show.
